Question 1

What does the water QC workflow cover?

Accepted Answer

Pilot fit is a small environmental or analytical lab with one recurring water or wastewater QC workflow. The selected path is a Texas water/wastewater metals QC workflow reviewed beside existing spreadsheets or LIMS; Runwisp organizes context and exceptions while a human reviewer decides.

Question 2

Which methods are current configured examples?

Accepted Answer

The target-validation catalog is empty, so no method family or batch workflow is currently selected or verified. EPA 200.8 and EPA 6010 are illustrative labels only; a method label is not evidence, and broader method coverage remains unavailable until separately validated.

Question 3

What do the synthetic examples show?

Accepted Answer

Synthetic examples illustrate how workflow context, validation, and exceptions are organized. The sample QC report uses synthetic values with redacted lab and client fields; it is not a real laboratory or client record, customer outcome, or compliance determination. The examples are not customer records, customer outcomes, or compliance determinations.

Question 4

What happens when data is unsupported or unknown?

Accepted Answer

Unsupported, missing, or unknown values stay explicit. They are not inferred as measured values or converted into Pass. Unresolved readiness items can block report finalization.

Question 5

Does Runwisp certify a lab or determine compliance?

Accepted Answer

No. Runwisp organizes evidence for human review; it does not certify a laboratory or method, provide regulatory approval, make compliance decisions, guarantee acceptance or universal performance, replace LIMS or instrument software, or replace laboratory judgment or provide direct integrations. Broader method coverage is unavailable until separately validated.

Question 6

What data may I submit for a proof or pilot?

Accepted Answer

Use synthetic or fully redacted inputs only. Do not submit identifiable, confidential, or unredacted records, names, contact details, client or patient identifiers, credentials, or other restricted values. The pilot makes no promise about retention, deletion, encryption, backups, or access controls.
